How To Destress these final weeks of summer:

• Meditate: Take a few minutes from your day to get out of you head
• Give yourself a break

• Go on a walk: enjoy these few final weeks by getting outside
• Go to the pool or beach: Sun, air and water is the best remedy
• Do the hobbies that make you happy: Read, dance, cook etc.
• Don't overthink or worry about the future be present and in the moment
• Have a picnic: whether with your friends, family or alone this is a great time to enjoy some time outside with your favorite meal
• Listen to Music: Find some new tunes or listen to your favorites, music is a great way to unwind
• Have a movie night: watch your favorite or find a potential new favorite
• Draw or paint: Art is a great way to let your creativity flow
• Journal: Journaling is a great way to find what exactly is bothering you and allows a space to put your thoughts and feelings
• Do a digital detox: turn off your screens
• Do your favorite workout: wether walking, jogging or yoga do an activity that makes you feel happy and energized
• Spend time with your pet: hike with your dog, or play with your cat
• Go Hiking: Hikes are a great way to get out and get in nature
