FEES AND INSURANCE
We are currently in-network with BCBS/CareFirst. Payment for services is based on your health insurance plan. Our office will submit claims on your behalf. However, clients are responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, or other fees as deemed necessary by your BCBS/CareFirst insurance plan. 

The following providers are currently accepting new patients in-network with BCBS/CareFirst:  We do not accept any other insurance plans at the moment. However, as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, our services are reimbursed by most insurance plans. You may check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network mental health services. We will provide you a receipt with a diagnosis and a CPT code. With this receipt, you can submit a claim to the insurance company.

*Payment in full is due at the time service is rendered. We will ask for your payment (check, cash, or credit cards) at the end of our meetings.*​
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your scheduled therapy appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

*Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a full charge.*
