FEES AND INSURANCE
We do not participate with any insurance company. However, as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, our services are reimbursed by most insurance plans. You may check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network mental health services. We will provide you a receipt with a diagnosis and a CPT code. With this receipt you can submit a claim to the insurance company.
*Payment in full is due at the time service is rendered. We will ask for your payment (check, cash or credit cards) at the end of our meetings.*
If you are unable to make your scheduled therapy appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
*Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in full charge.*
