Insurance and Coverage
We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield/CareFirst. Payment for services is based on your health insurance plan. Our office will submit claims on your behalf. However, clients are responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, or other fees as deemed necessary for your BCBS/CareFirst insurance plan.
We do not accept any other insurance plans at the moment. However, our services are reimbursed by most insurance plans. You may check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network mental health services. We will provide you with a superbill (diagnosis and CPT code). With this receipt, you can submit a claim to the insurance company.
Payment and Cancelation Policy
Payment is due at the time of service (check, cash, credit card).
Additional time (therapy or reports) is billed on a prorated basis.
Cancelation: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancelations or missed appointments may result in a full charge.
